Karla Houchins Executive Director khouchins@mopgc.com	The executive director administers, manages, and directs the affairs and business of the commission, subject to the policies, control, and direction of the commissioners. Ms. Houchins' responsibilities include: drafting rules; planning, coordinating, and managing inspection programs; supervising systems, processes, and staff; and communication with the general public.


Conducting propane safety inspections primarily in the south central and southwest parts of the state is Mr. Patten's main job function. He is also charged with enforcing statutes and rules, and investigating accidents involving propane.		David Patten Inspector dpatten@mopgc.com


Mr. Dougherty's main job functions are the enforcement of statutes and rules through propane safety inspections. His areas of concentration are the north central and northwestern counties of Missouri. He also investigates propane accidents and complaints as needed.
